He found an issue on one unit, and though he told us what it would cost if his company fixed it, he did not try to sell us to do something immediately; that was professional and welcome.

Description of Work: They did my annual HVAC tune up. It's an older unit so I expected them to try to sell me a new one or push me into a yearly contract. There was no pressure at all and they said my unit was in good shape. They seem to be very professional and personable. I will use them in the future.

Description of Work: Chris D was GREAT! I had another vendor give an estimate of $1850 to replace the blower part of my HVAC. Subsequently, I had other companies come in to price complete new units. Chris was both a tech and a salesperson, went up in my attic and said he could fix it at LESS THAN HALF of the other vendor's estimate. I was so happy to have heat again |after toughing out the coldest days of winter without heat. Chris D was my HERO that day!

Description of Work: Replaced air handler blower motor. Part was not being in stock at local supplier warehouse, but tech made over & above effort to get it expedited from Tucson and installed it as soon as it arrived saving us several added days without A/C.

Description of Work: Sterling was the second HVAC company I called. The first company said my A/C had two failed components that would be a couple thousand dollars to repair. Decided to get a second opinion. After looking at it Sterling Technician said only one component needed repair. Sure enough, it was just that one component and everything is running fine. Saved over a thousand dollars with Sterling.

Description of Work: The service technician, Dave, was very nice and explained everything he was doing thoroughly. There were, ultimately, extra costs involved, likely due to the fact that the a/c unit hadn't been serviced in at least 10 years.

Description of Work: The special said it included inspection, cleaning, and tune-up. The technician seemed qualified and thorough. However, by the receipts he gave me, I'm not sure if he performed the tune-up part of the deal.
