Description of Work: Checked air condition unit. Answered my questions about age, condition. Replaced batteries in thermostat when I explained it wouldn't work on automatic. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Would definately call again..

Description of Work: service was a few months back to do a basic check of the a/c system...basic service delivered although coil cleaning was just a garden hose through the top opening..casing not taken off and coils not thoroughly cleaned...whole job not really worth the money spent

Description of Work: I live out of state, and this is a rental. Overall, it was ok. What i didnt like, was an inflated inspection. I paid $60 for the inspection. Great. But the service technician came up with $1000 in repairs. I was actually only calling for the theremostat. The renter, even though i suggested going to lowes and buying a thermostat, wasnt sure what the problem was. Just a $30 thermostat. Anyway, i was quoted $145 to install a non programmable thermostat! WHat. I was not feeling very confident at this point. We declined that outrageous bid and he fixed a switch for $185 which took all of 10 mins. I felt like we were being taken advantage of.

Description of Work: AC needed Freon. They said my ac was too old and needed replacing very pushy. Before they even went up on the roof to check the ac unit they were talking about new units and there advantage over all the other companies.

Description of Work: They examined the system at a high level and made some recommendations, including get a new AC unit. I don't feel that they dove deep enough. There were several things that subsequent service providers recommended that would have been nice to know during this inspection.

Description of Work: The person that came out was on time and very professional. He took time to answer all my questions and did a extremely thorough checkup of my system to make sure it was running properly.

Description of Work: Arrived promptly at appointed time. Checked and cleaned two a/c systems. Recommended adding two hard start kits to help prolong life of compressors. We opted to add. Also cleaned electronic filters. We opted for annual service agreement. Advised us to eliminate dual filtering as it made a/c system work harder and more costly. Followed recommendation. Seemed very knowledgeable and professional. We will use again and would recommend to others.
