Description of Work: The service tech performed a heating tune-up on two HVAC units. My wife originally paid $59 per 3 units with Angie's List coupons but the tech was unable to access our third unit which is precariously located in the attic. He offered a refund or, to apply that $59 towards a service contract, which is not a bad idea for future maintenance since it is a rental property. We also used Sterling Services on our primary home HVAC units last September and that Tech was every bit as good as this one. The summer tune-ups were also purchased for the same $59/unit through Angie's List. However, it ended up costing more because the tech found the run capacitor to be in need of replacement as well as a very dirty evap coil on one of our two units. He showed both items to my wife and she agreed. Both Sterling Techs that we have used seemed very professional and knowledgable.

Description of Work: Sterling Services inspected our AC units and performed preventative maintenance on one unit. They were able to contact the manufacturer of the coil and get it replaced under warranty even though it was borderline to the coverage. The repairs were completed in a timely manner with attention to detail. thank you for your excellent service!

Description of Work: They came out to fix my A/C and told me how much the freon was going to cost. Since the Unit was over 15 we decided it would be better to install a new one and the company was supposed to send us a quote. They never did.
