Description of Work: I was finally able to set up an appointment to have my HVAC serviced & my plumbing checked. They sent EXCELLENT servicemen who thoroughly explained what needed to be done and exactly what it would cost. They gave me time to decide what I wanted to do (without any pressure) and then completed the work, resulting in my problems being corrected = a happy customer!

Description of Work: I contacted Sterling Services, a company I had used last year when we needed to have a coil replaced in a five year old unit. They more than accommodated, sending a technician to solve the new problem, and check out the second unit, something they didn't typically do on a weekend emergency service call. Bill, the technician, explained the new issue thoroughly so that we understood what was going on with our units, and fixed the problem to our satisfaction.

Description of Work: They had to come out twice to unclog the main sewer line, so the cost on first visit was $340. 2nd visit was another $250 which I wasn't happy about since it clogged only 4 days after the first visit. We didn't even do anything to clog it again which made me feel like it was still clogged from the first one. However, we haven't had any issues since, & they were quick to service & overall did a great job.

Description of Work: They replaced my reverse osmosis filters with new ones. Great price. They did leave one of my filter water line connections slightly loose which caused a small leak, but I didn't call them to fix it since I fixed it myself.

Description of Work: After receiving and evaluation of heating and a/c maintenance needs plus a quote for the cost to replace parts from one company, we called Sterling HVAC for a second quote for the parts. Their quote was much lower. Their service was excellent. We would highly recommend Sterling HVAC.
