Very well, great service provider.

He did very well. I was impressed. They are coming back in the fall for the other service of the furnace. He explained everything well.

Provider was friendly, but didn't seem knowledgeable about my system. Provider was very critical about the way it was installed, and spent time critiquing that instead of performing the maintenance that hired to do. Did not explain what maintenance was performed.

Punctual, completed, offered suggestions for better filter performance. Although our unit is older, the serviceman didn't stress the point. We both knew it would need replaced at a time and there's a good chance I'd call them to get an estimate. No problems at all--I feel comfortable recommending them to friends.

An Angie's list deal. The tech from Sterling arrived on time, and did what was promised. The tune-up was pretty comprehensive. I was offered an Service Plan, but wasn't pushed on it, which was nice because it's a bad time for added expenses. I was happy with Sterling and think they did a good job.

They are great! Use them personally and refer to my friends and clients.

The unit failed around 7 p.m. We were having a hard time finding a company that could get someone out to the house that night. When I got a hold of Sterling, they had a technician not too far from the house finishing up a job. The technician, Chris, showed up around 11:00 pm, and was able to troubleshoot the problem and repair it. We had cold air in the house by midnight! Chris was very professional and knowledgeable about the problem at hand. We are very pleased with the service we received.

They arrived within the given time frame and called ahead on the same day I made the appointment. I chose Sterling from other good reviews and for their complete AC inspection discount. i was having a problem with one room in the house not cooling off as well as the other areas of the house. The technicians were knowledgable and took time to explain the in and outs of my system so I could know what to expect in the future. They also did some minor tweaks to optimize my AC that really made a difference in balancing cold air distribution in my home. I appreciate the time they took to help me understand my system a little better. Well worth the money. I felt no pressure, and no unneeded repairs were suggested, even though I will probably need to replace some units down the road.. I will call them again in the future.

We can't say enough positive things about this company. We live in the Midwest and were vacationing at our condo in Scottsdale when we decided it would be good idea to get the A/C check done while we were in town. Sterling Services was able to schedule this within a day of our phone call and their office staff was super accommodating. JD came out to do the work and learned he would need to access the unit on top of our 3 story building which wasn't an easy task. He was time efficient, very thorough and a great guy! We are fortunate to have chosen this company and would recommend them to anyone in need!

JD arrived on time ,did a detailed inspection,and told me what I needed to replace when it died. He was very clear andhonest about things I needed to do. But ,He said everything was looking good so far. Thank You very much JD!!!!

My overall experience with them was awesome. They were efficient. They were on time and they took care of my units just great. They were super nice.

It was a very complicated job with limited access restrictions and they arrived early and worked continuously and tirelessly until it was completely finished, operating and the entire site was cleaned up. I have used Sterling in the past for an even bigger job and was very impressed with their dedication , professionalism and commitment.

I have used them in the past for my plumbing needs. They are very honest and never try to sell you more than you need. I will continue to use them as my resource for any future plumbing problems.

I called this company very close to 5pm asking if they could come out this evening. In the afternoon, I had noticed that I did not have any hot water, and I needed someone to take a look at the water heater. They could not have been nicer. The technician called to let me know when he was on his way, and showed up a short while later. After taking a look at the water heater, he determined there was no gas connection. After looking at the meter, it appeared the gas company had placed a lock on the gas connection. I just moved here from Texas within the last three weeks, and have yet to receive a bill from the gas company (City of Mesa), so I was very surprised. Not only would I not have hot water, but my heater also is not going to work - on an unusually cold night in Arizona. JD offered to wait while I gave them a call to see if I could straighten things out. Unfortunately, their offices were closed, however, I really appreciated that he was empathetic and willing to wait. Best of all, he did not charge me for the service call! I was fully prepared to pay the call fee...after all, he was dispatched here and did check things out. I can't tell you how impressed I am with this company and their work ethic. They will definitely be my first call when I need plumbing/AC/heating work done.

Great. Sterling broke up, cleaned up and poured a new shower drain system and installed the shower controller and plumbing. Then came back and installed controller cover and shower head after the tile was installed.

Joel and David did a very professional job. It was difficult because of a poor previous intallation which led to water leakage. The AC has been great over the past year-much cooler with a lower bill.

We have used Sterling Services for years and so do my family and friends! You will never use anyone but Sterling Services again! Give them a call and your worries will be over!

We contacted Sterling Services based upon the recommendation of a friend after having seen their ad on our local newspaper's website (San Tan Valley Today). This was before I subscribed to Angie's List but the experience was so good I decided to write a positive review here to help promote their business. The first call was made in late April after one of our two A/C units started making a very loud buzzing noise, and stopped pushing cold air. In Arizona heading into Summer - this can feel like an emergency! We were able to get an appointment for service within a few days. The tech, David, was very friendly and quickly identified a burnt out 35/5 capacitor. He replaced the capacitor, checked the electrical performance inside and outside, and then performed a deep cleaning and tune up on both systems. We opted to add a one year service agreement on each of the A/C units (~$120 ea.) which gave us an immediate 20% discount on the service call. In other words, it paid for itself on that first service call. The service package has some other nice benefits including: two annual tune-ups, 20% discount on HVAC/plumbing repairs, priority customer service, 24-hr emergency service, no overtime charges, and the agreement is transferable. This property will become a rental so this is a great piece of mind for myself if there are issues in the future. Well, it turned out that there was an somewhat hidden problem with the fan motor. Two days later the A/C started making the loud noise again. Sterling Services sent another tech, Jason, that very same day. He was at our house within a few hours! After confirming that motor was bad he called the company owner and described the situation. On the spot they decide to refund us a substantial portion of the previous work to offset ~50% of the already discounted replacement cost. They had our A/C pushing ice cold air by dinner time that evening. Overall the experience with Sterling Services was outstanding. I highly recommend them to anyone in the Phoenix East Valley for HVAC needs. They are priced fairly and do good work, and they stand behind their work. A++!
