Description of Work: The special said it included inspection, cleaning, and tune-up. The technician seemed qualified and thorough. However, by the receipts he gave me, I'm not sure if he performed the tune-up part of the deal.

Description of Work: I saw the special price on Angies List, so I bought it and then called the office and set up an appointment. It was for 2 days later, which was perfect.. The service person was on time and he completed his job well, and in a timely manner. There were no additional charges, the service man was very pleasant. They were the people who installed my new AC,Heat unit 4 years ago.., so I was very happy to see their coupon for a reduced price check up. I would recommend their service to everyone.

Description of Work: We had a leaky RO faucet that needed to be replaced. At the same time, we wanted him to check the hot water tank. He recommended that we put a pan under our hot water tank and have a drain to the outside so that if it leaked it would drain outside and not flood us inside. |We have used Sterling Services on many occasions over the last 6 or 7 years ----plumbing, heating, and air conditioning. We always have service before the coming season to make sure we are ready and to head off any unexpected situations. They treat you like family and they are never too busy to answer your questions. Description of Work: Multiple point inspection, on the roof with the HVAC and inside. Walked me through all the inspection points, and the technician (Reno) was superbly knowledgeable. I researched key points to be "aware of" and Reno was spot on in his assessments. This company is above board and didn't try to force any additional services. Definately will use them for my fall check up.

Description of Work: Purchased two summer tune-ups -- one for air conditioner, one for evaporative cooler. As it turned out, the air conditioner needed freon and cooler needed new water pump, so I asked Kevin to take care of those, as well. So far, both pieces of equipment are working better than they ever have, even when they were first installed (by another company). And now that they work well, the APS charge for electricity has gone down. |Kevin didn't make an issue of having to stay longer to get everything right. He is trustworthy, and I will use this company (and Kevin, if he's available) in the future. What a find!

Description of Work: I found Sterling when they were replacing evaps at my warehouse complex. They bid on my residence were very competitive. JD did the walk through and was on top of everything I asked for. Had them replace two air conditioning systems and they did it in twelve hours to get us up and running. I did put down plywood on the rafters to help the process. JD worked the whole day through with help from the plumbers and did a great job. He gave me the rundown on all of the options and advised competently. Tremendous customer service, I recommend Sterling Services.

Description of Work: We retained them for general maintenance of our two air conditioning units. This was completed. However one unit was malfunctioning which required a major part to be replaced. We needed this done in the same week as we were leaving the city. They were able to obtain the part and complete the work required. We were very happy that they were able to complete the work so we did not have to delay our departure. Great service, we would highly recommend them.

Description of Work: Kevin (of Sterling Services) came and evaluated the heatpump on top of the two story house. He explained it could possibly be repaired at a great expense but not probably. I like that he was able to show me photographic evidence of his conclusions. A new unit was ordered. I chose Sterling as a local business so they didn't have all the equipment the big indeferent firms did. You would not have known it by how well the sequenced the delivery of the new unit, preparation for installment, the crane's arrival/performance and the recycling company reclaiming the old unit. Natasha had kept me completely informed (no guessing needed)of the timing of everything. |Once the old unit was on the ground Kevin re-verified for me in person the damages and issues and their aged status he had photographed earlier, confirming his conclusions.
