Semper Fi Heating & Cooling, LLC

After hearing their ads and checking reviews I decided to get an estimate from Semper Fi for a new AC system. The convo with the salesperson was very low key and informative with no pressure. Their prices were highly competitive so I decided to move forward with them I was told my install would be quick and easy - in and out in half a day. Through no fault of Semper Fi, my install became a two day nightmare. I received a defective unit from the manufacturer, and the parts necessary to fix the unit were defective as well. You learn a lot about the character of an organization when things do not go as planned. From the owner Jesse, to the service and install teams, everyone in the company was on top of my project. They were equally if not more frustrated than I was and they made me feel as though I was the number 1 priority of the entire organization. They invested much time and brainpower, replaced the defective unit without me asking, and did everything humanly possible to make sure I was satisfied. Would I use them again? Without hesitation! The are pros with integrity!

The installation price was ridiculously high for one hour of work. Felt pretty ripped off. Would not use again.

They were all professional. Got here on time, left the property just as neat as they found it. The units work wonderful and I am sure the units will save me a lot of money in the future.

The technician was so 'personable' while doing the work, It just seemed like there was a bit of valued added, as a customer, through this experience. I appreciated that once the task was completed, the technician completed a thorough system check to ensure both heat and cooling worked flawlessly; then his work was done. This thoroughness really increased my confidence. Great work!

They arrived on time and were done in less than a day. They explained things, cleaned up well and to date everything has worked well. They also sent out another company to repair and paint access hole to the attic.

They were on time, price was reasonable and got the job done in a timely manner. So far so good.

I contacted this company as well as a few others. Ryan came out and gave me my quote on a new A/C system, which was extremely fair. I decided to purchase an entire A/C System from Semper Fi. Mike, Freddy, and Jeremie came out to do the install, they replaced everything in the attic as well as the outside unit. I could not believe how professional they were, their knowledge, and walked me through everything at the end and made sure I was happy before they would even take what I owed. I would recommend this company to any and all friends and family. Semper Fi thank you for taking care of myself as well as my family.

Although the install took one whole day, it didn't get finished untill the next day. The initial installers said someone would be by the crack of early the next day, even though it was a saturday, to finish up, as they were needing a cicuit board. The replacement board came around noon, not very early, and then was the wrong one so the fellow needed to get the right one from the shop. Once installed, everything worked great and we're happy with our decision. It doesn't hurt that they gave us a military discount either. Overall, I WOULD recommend this company.

Had some minor problems with installation. After a day, they figured out what was wrong. Everything has been great since. Would recommend!
