Prompt response. All done by text which was convenient but impersonal. Nonetheless, work was done as promised. Trees were pruned properly, shaped symmetrical and yard cleaned up. Would recommend and use again.

Bassett Tree Service is a professional business that is licensed and insured. They used professional equipment to remove two trees the main stump and roots below ground level. I was notified before stump removal, that the tree watering system would be cut, which was "OK" with me. Business owner "Joe" was helpful with suggestions on a new replacement tree. We were very pleased with the work performed and clean-up. We will recommend Bassett Tree Service to our neighbors and friends. : )

We had two huge trees removed from our back yard. The crew didn't leave any sign that they or the trees were ever there. They even chopped our weeds that were around the trees. We are very happy that we used Bassett.
