Description of Work: Our water softener did not appear to be working as the salt in the system was no going down. Frank came to our home at the agreed upon time and determined we had too much salt in the system. He said we could pay to have him clean it out or, or we could do it ourselves. We opted to do it ourselves after he showed us exactly what to do. They system has been working fine since his visit.
