Robert was awesome. He helped us with a few plumbing issues and installed a new toilet. We are particular and he did a great job. We will hire him again.

Very pleased with the work

The plumber was courteous and finally corrected the outbound pipe clog problem by using a snake to clear the obstruction as I said the last plumber had done about 3-4 years ago. The process could have been finished a lot faster but Richard used a camera before and after snaking the pipes. The first video provided a clear picture of how bad my pipes were clogged and the second showed how clean they were after snaking the pipes. Using the camera was cool but a little time consuming. I guess the price charged is the going rate for plumbers these day but it was not cheap. We can run our cloths washer again without water overflowing the drains so we are happy.

I found bumble bee professional, knowledgeable and friendly to deal with - they scheduled me right away and had their men on the job promptly - all work is warranted and detailed documentation is provided - I would deal with them again and I highly recommend them - thanks

From beginning to end everything was explained so we could understand what had to be done. Drew China was in charge of the whole project and had a wonderful crew working with him. They were all very knowledgeable, courteous and efficient in their jobs. They completely cleaned everything before they left and disposed of of all the soiled towels rugs etc. They were extremely professional.

Dan was extremely professional and thorough and took the time to explain everything to us in detail. Bumblebee was also very communicative ahead of the appointment time to ensure we were available and even called afterward to make sure service was top notch! Would highly recommend. Dan and his apprentice, Alex, were excellent. They were both very nice and professional. They arrived on time. They hooked up the plumbing for a new sink. They installed the faucet. Dan explained to me what was done and how things were hooked up. He answered all questions. They cleaned up afterwards and left the laundry room the way they found it. My interactions with the office personnel at Bumble Bee have also been very excellent. I called this morning and they scheduled Dan for this afternoon. The office staff is also very friendly and professional. I recommend this company and Dan without reservation.

They did not want to repair the hole in my ceiling which they made to repair my water leak. I forced them to have someone come in and close the hole. Also, they were very expensive, $1429 for about 1 1/2 hours' work.
