This company was outstanding. They were friendly, knowledgeable and explained every process to me in lay language. In addition they are connected with other sevices you need that they don't do. OUTSTANDING!!!!!

Jeff arrived at the expected time. He diagnosed the issue with our kitchen faucet quickly and professionally. Jeff was also friendly and made me feel at ease. My past experiences with Bumblebee have been very positive and this was no exception. I will continue to use them so as long as they keep people like Jeff on staff.

Same day service

We are redoing our Master Bath using a shower kit and needed a plumber to redo the plumbing. We had used Bumble Bee Plumbing in 2020 when we were working on the front bathroom and then in 2021 when we had the typical slowing issues in the Kitchen, (not bad for a house built in 1984!) we called Bumble Bee Plumbing, so it just made sense to call them this year to do the tub to shower plumbing conversion. Javier Sanchez was here promptly at 8am, very pleasant. Gave us an upfront estimate of the work to be done, explained everything he was going to do and why. Treating our house as he would his own home. As he worked, he called my husband in to show him what he was doing and why. He listened to any and all concerns that we had and answered our questions All in all, when he left I knew everything about him and his family and his job. It was like saying Good-Bye to a good friend. We still have more work on this house and when we come to the next plumbing job, we will be calling Bumble Bee Plumbing and asking for Javier!

They were very professional. I had a broken water pipe in the wall of my home. They diagnosed the problem and went to work on it. They fixed the problem and cleaned up after themselves. I'm very happy with the service that they provided to me. Chance the plumber explained everything to me and provided me with paperwork as well. Jesus also, worked very diligently to make sure that my water services were correctly repaired.

Had a good experience with this company and i would use them again. They replaced the main sewer line from the house heading to the street. Everything works perfect as it should. It would have been nice if they used a rock rake for the gravel on the front yard when they were done. But i also understand they are plumbers, not landscapers. The price seemed a bit on the high side. But in today's world with prices increasing everywhere you look and if you try hiring someone today to do a job and they don't show up or they do a not so good job. Then i would have to say the price they charged me was worth every penny. The workers that showed up were very professional and had a great attitude. They came on the day we agreed on, checked out the pipe, flushed it and ran a camera in it to see what they were working with. They showed me and explained everything to me that needed to be done and why. They came back the next day and knocked out the whole job that day. They did not drag the job out and they knew what they were doing. So in the long run was it worth the money ? (Yes it was) Would i use them again ? (Yes i would) Would i recommend them to my family or friend ? (Yes i would)

The water was turned off to install the kitchen faucet and all the guts below the sink. The kitchen faucet works great. A few days later the water osmosis was not working. Come out to fix it. Forgot to turn the switches onâ ¦. A day later the refrigerator wasnâ t getting any water. Forgot to turn the switch on for the water to get to the refrigerator.. Needless to says, after three trips everything is working properly.

The team that came to my home examined everything to include where the faulty water heater had leaked into the wall and hallway carpet. For each area they either had a solution or offered sound advice. I had purchased online the night before a new water heater. They went to the store and brought it back. Removing the old heater and a few other items which were faulty. They installed the new heater, keeping me informed of each step. When they were finished there was a walk-thru and a thorough cleanup before even asking me to pay the bill. I will call them in the future if there is any need.

Prompt, courteous, helpful. Showed up when promised.

QUick to get on the project. Jetted the whole house drain / sewer system. Pipes are like new. Did camera video of all the pipes all the way thru before and after. Meticulous and professional crew. Thank you
