Everyone, from the initial phone call, scheduling, confirmations, field service technicians punctuality and follow-up were among the best that I've ever dealt with. Everyone was courteous, friendly and professional. EDIT, 3 26 2018: Contacted them for possible Warranty Repair. I went to use my Utility sink, and I noticed that the strainer had broken, and that the down pipe was nearly one inch off line. So, I called Bumblebee, since they had hooked up the sink to the main sewer line. When Jesus showed up, he looked to see what had happened. And, even though the down pipe wasn't replaced the first time around, the connecting did cause stress on the down pipe, which broke the strainer. And, he replaced the strainer, and a new down pipe at no cost. And, like my initial review, everyone that I dealt with were GREAT! The service and follow-up is as good as it gets. I live in a Mfg Home, and the Utility Sink was never hooked up to the main sewer line. Since the sink wasn't used much, it wasn't a big deal. But, I finally decided it was time to get it fixed. Also, I was going to have the lines roto-rooted. When Jim came out to give me an estimate, he noticed that the main line was sagging, and some of the flooring insulation panels have fallen off. After getting the estimate, I decided to have BB Plumping do the work. Now, the problem was Jim is a big guy, and there's not much room to work under the home. So, they needed to reschedule with one of the "smaller guys". So, the next day, Jesus and Nick came out. While it took longer than expected, they were able to get the sink hooked up. However, when Jesus was under the house, he noticed that the main line not only sags in spots, but it isn't supported properly,and not running in a straight line to the sewer inlet pipe. And, because the pipe sags, the pipe has various degrees of blockage, so rooting wouldn't be a great help (opens only a small hole). So, my choices are either Hydro Jetting, or replacing the sewer lines. And, I am in the process of getting estimates for this. I will definitely include Bumble Bee Plumbing in all of my future quotes on plumbing jobs. Great Job, guys! And, thanks for the honesty.

Very responsive, professional company. They gave great service at reasonable prices. Jesus was cheerful and helpful and gave us excellent recommendations. I'm extremely happy with their service. Jesus even took time to play with our curious puppy. If we have more plumbing needs, we'll call Bumble Bee for sure.

This was my first time using Bumble Bee Plumbing, but not Home Advisor. The service call was very reasonable and when their Technical Associates arrived placinjg booties on as they entered my home. Jesus and Nick evaluated the issue I was having with my shower and pipe. They presented two options to me , if the first didn't work we would proceed to option-2. Each option was presented with cost, so that there weren't any surprises. The work was completed in a timely manner and I was impressed with thyeir technical and professionalism. As far as cost I was very satisfied with that as well. I will "HIGHLY" recommend Bumble Bee Plumbing to my friends and neighbors.
