More expensive than I would expect but they did a very good job, were professional, and very prompt.

The installation appeared to be a very professional job. The installer answered any an all of my questions. I'm not totally convinced that a new water heater was necessary. But in the long run, it was my decision. I am satisfied with the work.

The plumber that showed up was friendly and professional. He also did fix the leak I had. However, I asked to have a manual valve installed to replace the leaking electronic one. What he did was go to the the store, find the same electronic valve, and simply replace the old leaking top cover by swapping it with the new one. It took all of about 3 minutes to do this and I was charged hundreds of dollars for it. I would rather XXXXXXX with a cheese grader before using Bumble Bee Plumbing again. It would be less painful !

$199 is too expensive just to drain a water heater. I would be interested in getting quotes for this service from other providers (Bluefrog Plumbing).

They were prompt and took care of the problem right away and let me know of some other issues we could have and fixed those as well.

Removed my old sink, faucet and disposal and replaced with new items I purchased. Very professional and completed the job in just under 3 hours. Cost was a little higher than I expected coming from the Chicago area. But, quality performance is what is most important and the Dan the plumber delivered.

An hour and a half of labor for two valves next to each other for over $750. Not worth it for the money.

Employees are friendly, and job was done with utmost care.

The company kept me informed on when the service tech was going to arrive which was nice since I never used this company before! The service tech provided us with two possible options plan 1 and if that wouldn’t solve the issue then plan 2. Both plans were provided with full costs. All went well and quickly resolved with plan 1.
