The customer service was great. I just won't use them again due to the price.

Received a call 30 minutes before the Dan showed up on time to fix my problem. After looking everything over, he thoroughly unexplained everything to me & quoted me a price. He completed the job quickly & cleaned up when done. Excellent service!!

This was no easy project since I live in a second floor condo. Currently there is no washing machine in place. I had gotten a few bids for the job but Ken made the difference when he assured me he was up to the job. Part of the job required them to dig a three foot hole 7 feet long at the base of my building. They worked hard and non stop all day. Joel and MJ were polite young men and all three got along well all day, despite the 100 plus temperatures. I had no idea the job was going to be so extensive. A camera had to be installed to locate the drain. Which was done in advance to assure me the project could be accomplished in the first place. Dispatchers Craig and Cheyenne kept me informed each time a crew was en-route with an accurate arrival time to my house. Ken was there for the first visit and saw the project through the end. Questions were answered throughout the day and they even helped to document this part of my complete kitchen make-over by taking pictures for me inside the hole they had dug. I won't look anywhere else when the time comes to install the kitchen plumbing. This was a positive experience. Ken, Joel, and MJ made the difference.

Did an excellent job and was well qualified to handle all unexpected issues that happened with my project. Efficient and knowledgeable.

The office staff especially Shianne was very accomidating as well as the dispatcher, Craig. The service pro, Nick, was very knowledgable and efficient in replacing a hose bib, installing a 1" PRV, and replacing a gate valve with a 1" water service valve. He also replaced an old water softener. He was not, however, able to answer all my questions regarding the water softener and told me I could call Wood Brothers and they would help me with any issues that might come up.

Bumble Bee Plumbing -Inc Arizona was great from the first phone conversation with Shianne who was very sweet and understanding. The plumber who came to our house was Ken B, he was fantastic. He quoted us several different options. He never tried to sway us one way or the other. No relentless pressure sales and answered all our questions. Ken does excellent work. He answered all our questions even those that were not pertaining to our water heater. He put the water heater in a pan with a drip line so that we can see if it starts leaking. He was quick, neat, and very courteous. We’ve had other plumbers in our home, and Ken has been the best. If any other plumbing jobs need to be done, we will call “Bumble Bee Plumbing” and request Ken.

Impressed that they didn't have to take up the pavers in replacing the pipe from the main to the house. They just pulled it through with the new pipe attached. Whatever pavers they did pull up on each end, they professionally replaced. Communication and Customer Service were stellar!

Both Ken and Jesus were very professional in their work and a pleasure to deal with.

I'm hesitant about this review as I feel their customer service was fine, but the amount that I paid was extremely expensive. For replacing a toilet seal that took maybe 20 minutes and the part was maybe 15.00 dollars and to charge almost $300.00 is really high. I realize they need to make a profit, but not even waiving the $40.00 for getting the job. I guess it's fair to say I will not be using them again....sorry!

Did a great job and made sure it was done the way I wanted it

Nick was the best professional I have met. He took his time and made many repairs around my home explaining what he was doing and why at each step. This was such a great experience and would definitely recommend his services to anyone!!!!

Craig @ the central office was great at keeping me informed of any delays or changes.

Great communication about the issue and the final resolution.

Ken was courteous and thorough and went above and beyond to help me with a 7 month water heater problem that no else could fix.

Can't say enough about how thrilled I am with this company. Jesus was prompt, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. Could not have asked for better service and would use them again for anything plumbing related. They get my highest recommendation!!
