All I wanted them to do was connect one section of a kitchen sink drain pipe to another so they wouldn't leak. The workers spent a lot of time trying to up-sell me an $800 new garbage disposer (and untruthfully told me these things only last 4 years(I know better) or a $400 priced replacement of pipes that didn't need replacing. I told them to do what I asked and leave.

I'm disabled and cannot use a plunger anymore. The toilet I had been using for 14+ years (installed when the developer built this home in 1983) had quit flushing paper and solids. Dan, from BumbleBee Plumbing installed my new Toto very well! And quickly! Good job. Wonderful new toilet. I disliked the higher price, but others let me down, and he did the job correctly, the first time. I highly recommend Dan and the staff at BBP, and when I have funds, will use them again for my other bathroom, and throughout the house!

I was referred to them by HomeAdvisor and they said they would estimate job for $39. I was surprised as I thought the estimates were free. They quoted $1200 for two toilet repairs and a cartridge for a bathtub. I am out of state so was not able to fix myself. It looked like $250 in parts and $950 in labor and he said it would take 3 hours to fix. My plumber here in CA confirmed that as well. I said I would think about that, as that seemed real high. The manager or owner called me within 20 minutes asking me about it and I said it appeared too high. He then told me that they do quality work and I would pay less elsewhere and get what I paid for. I explained that it was a small toilet repair and not a remodel. Other than that, they called and showed up very quickly and gave estimate within an hour.

Fairly expensive but excellent work.

It was a great experience from beginning to end. Everyone at Bumble Bee was very professional, informative and had that great human touch. The follow up call was an added bonus.

Could not have asked for quicker service when our outflow valve malfunctioned. After some digging, Jim found that a root ball had grown through the pipe and the pipe would need replacing as well. He explained everything very logically and had a crew out the next day to fix/replace/repair everything. We were very impressed with the fast response and the fast repair. Would highly recommend.

Excellent job on replacement of outdoor faucet. I will hire again if the need arises.

The service was excellent

Price seemed a little high but the customer service was great and he was super efficient and did exactly what I asked him to do and even cleaned up the area afterwards! Came out exactly when they said they would within a few hours of hiring them! Very pleased!
