The dispatcher, Craig, called to let me know when my service pro would be arriving. Dan B. arrived at about the time that I was told he would be at my home. Dan introduced himself, I gave him a short brief on what had happened, and then he asked to see the problem. After a couple of minutes Dan went to his truck, figured out what the cost of the repairs would be, and returned with the figures. I must say, the cost of plumbers is not cheap now days. Dan got busy with the repairs by laying out a protective mat to keep the mess to a minimum. He cut out the dry wall exposing the damage. He did check the insulation and drywall for any significant water damage, but found the area dry. The repairs were completed in a minimal amount of time, cleanup finished, and the paperwork knocked out. Dan was professional in his appearance, work, and demeanor. I would be satisfied and happy for Dan to do any further plumbing jobs, in my home. In all my years of DIYing, this is my first major BOO BOO. This was a very expensive towel rack. My daughter, told my wife, "take away dads toys".

Very professional. Good customer service. Their pricing seemed high. In the future I will get a second estimate. Dan was here for less than two hours & replaced 2 washer valves, the rod in hot water tank & flushed the hot water tank. He was thorough & checked the plumbing in kitchen & bathrooms.

This company responded to the call overnight, reviewed the problems and provided good options to resolve the issues. I was under pressure to get the work done so not to hold up the tile setters. Bumble Bee performed the work in an excellant fashion. I was disipointed to receive a bill for over $500 to replace a hose bib and internals of a shower faucet.

The tech was pleasant and explained all of the problems and the cost. Nothing was hidden. Everything was explained and the cost was told to me before each jobs was started.

Great communication and service! From setting the appointment until the service was completed, I am very impressed with Bumblebee's customer service. Office staff were very friendly and helpful from the start. Technician went over all the options, pricing and info and was fast and efficient too! I would highly recommend this company and will definitely use them for any future service needed.

Dan and MJ were both awesome. They explained what i needed, gave me options to review and were able to gat all of the work done in a few hours. they took the time to thoroughly inspect everything for leaks, etc and explained clearly how everything works. i took advantage of the annual contract for maintenance as well. Great customer service!
