Their customer service was phenomenal! They were responsive and got someone out here quicker than expected! Jim (the plumber) was easy to talk to and fixed the issue right away and gave us options for future projects. We will definitely call them for other plumbing projects in the future!

Tony was very comprehensive towards telling us what other things we could do towards our home. Flushing our water heater and putting a quick turn on and turn off valve on the house. Tony did a fantastic job.

Jesus is a very polite and professional person and he does terrific work he is very much a perfectionist which was exactly what my husband noticed because he is the same way. I am writing a review because I chose Bumblebee plumbing based on their reviews. I start with Home Advisors and they recommended 2 companies. I am very glad I went with bumblebee. Mike P showed up early! Yay! I showed him the part that needed to be replaced. It was a tricky configuration but I knew Mike was the guy for the job. As I was showing him the area of repair you could see his mind putting the repair together like a puzzle! It was quite impressive. He was excited to do the job. It’s a pleasure to see someone with passion for his occupation. After the quick repair he was kind enough to do a quick look through the house for any potential future problems. He advised me that my soft water tank was leaking and gave me 2 quotes to compare for the repair. I recommend Bumblebee plumbing, their pricing was competitive, they were quick, timely and efficient.

Professional, knowledgeable, courteous and clean

Excellent, no pressure to choose them. Offered check others were not cheapest, were not the most expensive they are durable and you can rely on them. Other plumbers put a band aid or 2 wax rings on other toilets, Bumble Bee brought the pipe in to code with one wax ring flush with the floor the right way. Secondary management called the next day to make sure I was satisfied and if I had any issues.

I often come here for recommendations/referrals for services. Today I want to share one. Bumble Bee Plumbing recently came to our home and helped us with multiple plumbing issues. We needed our RO System repaired, a repair to a shower and we needed repairs to 3 toilets. They came right away and they came prepared. They gave us multiple options and their pricing was more than fair. They sent 3 skilled workers. They were here for just a few hours. I could not be more happy with the results. They stayed until I was completely satisfied and followed up promptly when I had questions. I have had other plumbers. Never have I had such a good experience. I'll never call anyone else. Held cost to the quote

Project: Replace heavily leaking hose bib. Bumble Bee was the first to respond through HomeAdvisor. They were able to send someone right away. Ken was my repairman. He was very professional and polite. He gave me a quote of $181.00 to replace the hose bib and straighten a second one. Since I was desperate to get the job done to avoid a huge water bill I didn't have time to contact another company for an estimate so I said yes. Ken did a good job, however after the fact I realize the $181.00 to replace a hose bib that costs about $8.00 is absolutely ridiculous. If I had had big enough pliers to remove the old faucet I could have done the job myself for about $10.00 so I now feel pretty foolish for paying so much. There is no justification for the price that I can see. I can see paying around $50.00 for the service provided. He did check my water pressure and explained some issues that may need attention in the future which I did appreciate. I am not blaming Ken for the outrageous price, which I am assuming is the company price. However, I feel I was way overcharged for what was a pretty simple replacement of a hose bib that took less than half an hour. Because of the high price I would be hesitant to contact Bumble Bee in the future, and if I did, I would definitely get estimates from other companies for the job. Quick service and professional? Yes. Good prices? A big NO.
