First, a very competitive quote for replacing two water heaters. Next was installation and then a call back to fine tune things. Exceptional customer service (what they pride themselves on) and after a few hiccups, very satisfied with overall price and job. Mike and Mike were great on the job site, approachable and patient. Really felt like they had our backs. Happy to recommend them.

They were prompt, clean and very competent, I just wish they were lower in price. I felt that a service fee was unreasonable or at least should have been deducted from the total price when work was contracted.

Very responsive company, excellent customer service, quality work but they were not cheap. If I didn't go with them then I would be charged a $40 service fee for them to tell me that I needed a new water heater plus I would have lost more time (and when your really busy then you don't have the luxury of calling out other companies for additional bids plus). We have hot water again (same day) but wish it would have been more reasonably priced.

Upon first meeting with my plumber and his assistant, I felt that they were very nice and eager to address my plumbing problem. The price was a little high but at the time I just needed my plumbing issue addressed. Anyway part of the problem was solved but I thought he would check things thoroughly. I was a little disappointed because there were still issues with my master bathroom and shower. My plumber advised me of a project that needed to be done and I probably will have it done. I can't blame my plumber for unforseen circumstances but I feel he could have asked to check the master bathroom too. I felt like only half of the job was done.

Prompt, professional, thoroughly explained what was needed. I would have liked a little bit lower price, but it was in the range (high end) I was expecting. Close enough that it wasn't worth me shopping around and delaying the repair.

I had a problem with the invoice and the owner of the company contacted me himself. We resolved our differences in a positive and professional manner. He was fair and totally sincere in resolving it.

Where do I start, except that I was down right insulted at the estimate provided! Bumble Bee Plumbing Inc quoted me 4X the amount that the job should have commanded. Unimaginable that any trade "professional" could look a home owner in the face with that quote. Actually hired Done Rite Plumbing that did the job at market value. My opinion, Bumble Bee Plumbing are absolute predators in the service market. Steer well clear of these guys!!! Smh
