Great experience! The technician was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything thoroughly. I had a leaking bathtub faucet; the technicians were able to fix it without going through the wall. Replaced all the tub fixtures. I also had a new water heater installed and a water pressure regulator added outside. They wrapped the outside pipe without me asking. The work was completed and the results were great. Exceeded my expectations and cost less than I was expecting. Additionally, they referred me to their customer program which gave me a discount on the work done then and in the future. The discount covered the cost of the program for a year. I will definitely have them back for my other projects!

I ended up getting a new water heater. They were expensive but the technician did a good job.

They came the same day, did the job quickly, and left no mess. With an invalid in the house, it was important to get the toilet replaced but we were a bit shocked at the cost.

After discussing options for a tankless plus the cost- over $4000- we went with a conventional tank water heater. Masterful job getting it installed in a tight place.
