Steve was very responsive. Both times I called him, I was stuck with a washer that was full of clothes and water that had simply stopped mid-cycle. I called Sears because it was a Kenmore and they said they could set up a service appointment the following week. Even when I made clear that it couldn't wait that long, that was the best they could do. So I found Steve on Angie's List and gave him a call in the early afternoon. Although he was already booked for the day, he came over that evening and fixed the faulty wiring. The same thing happened about a month later, and he came the same day AGAIN, found a wiring problem in a different place, got it fixed and told me I didn't need to pay him again. I insisted on paying for the service call which was $35 or so because the problem was obviously not due to carelessness in his earlier work. He reluctantly agreed to take the $35.

Steve answered the phone himself on a Saturday and we got him scheduled to come out on Monday - even though it was a holiday weekend. He came on time and located the problem quickly - showed us the broken part and replaced it. We have used him twice now and had great experiences both times.

We are very upset, and feel he should refund more of our money. He obviously runs a dishonest business, and his customers are not a priority. We would have hoped that he would have apologized and been professional with the whole situation. He was not eager to make right with this, and became annoyed with my husband on the phone. We will never use him again and we will inform everyone we can, about his dishonesty.

He was very efficient and knowledgeable. I had another ''repairman'' work on it months ago who did not really correct the problem. If I had called Anderson to begin with I would not have had a 2nd service call.

Steve Anderson is the owner and serviceman. He was in area and came right over. Installed part, put washer back together, checked washer was operating correctly and was out of here in about 20 mins. Very polite and professional. Would not hesitate to call him again.

THE REPAIR MAN WAS ON TIME, WORKED QUICKLY, AND CLEANED UP AFTER HIS WORK. THE PRICE WAS REASONABLE AND THE REPAIR PERSON WAS VERY POLITE, SHOWING US THE FAULTY PART AND TELLING US WHAT WAS WRONG IN PLAIN ENGLISH.

HE WAS GREAT. HE CAME OUT WHEN HE SAID HE WOULD, DID THE WORK HE SAID HE WOULD DO, AND CHARGED ME THE PRICE HE QUOTED. HE GOT THE WHOLE THING DONE IN ABOUT 15 MINUTES.
