Very well. Mike is thorough, professional and punctual. This is the 4th encounter we've had with Action Air and have been completely satisfied every time. We plan to call him back in the fall for the furnace checkup.

Lousy- poor level of service, grumpy and apparently not willing to stand behind their work. Unfortunate as we would have preferred working with the company who had already serviced the units.

Serviced my units for several years and Mike offers quick response, honest service and is expert in his knowledge. I had been through many other companies, but no one meets his professionalism. I highly recommend Action Air.

110+ degrees outside, most likely busier than most, and Mike not only makes it out to our home within hours of calling, but fixes the issue immediately, even before we were able to meet him at the home. Any time we have called Action Air, Mike has been incredibly pleasant, punctual, and professional! He identifies the issue almost immediately, and dives in for the fix! Acton Air installed our AC system, and Mike stands by is work...every time, anytime! ALWAYS with a smile! We highly recommend Action Air!

Mike came and was on time. I had a list prepared of several items noted by the inspector on a buyers' inspection report. Mike checked on all of the noted HVAC items and corrected the appropriate items and noted on his invoice which items didn't need attention. Great service, polite, friendly and professional. Thanks

Mike came out as scheduled for the estimate and actually seems like a really nice guy. He took notes, reviewed the requirements and even had some good suggestions. The problem was that he never came back with the estimate or followed up as he promised. After a week I called Mike to follow up and he apologized and said he would get back to me shortly. After another week with no follow up I called again. He apologized and once again said he would follow up. This happened for another 2 weeks but he has never followed up. The last time I called I asked if he was still interested in doing the work (to let him off the hook) but he once again apologized, assured me he would get the information and get back to me shortly. Nothing. He seems like a really nice guy but now I've wasted over a month waiting on him to get my HVAC work done.

They fixed my air conditioner and did an excellent job. They came out quickly and were able to assess the problem right away, putting my mind at ease. They were also reasonably priced.

He's professional, prompt, and easy to do business with. I like his friendly manner while expertly caring for our heating/cooling needs. I will definitely use him in the future and don't hesitate to recommend him to others.

The entire experience wax 100% positive. Will definitely call for all future needs!!

It went very well for both service calls. Scheduling was easy, very prompt arrival for the second visit. First visit was a little later than scheduled but Mike notified us he was involved in a job and would definitely get to us that day and he did even though it was later in the evening. He explained things to us both times, was patient with our questions, didn't try to rush the visit, didn't try to sell us extra stuff or a new unit and was an all-around professional and courteous guy. We would gladly call him again and be confident he'd give us the straight scoop on what needed to be done.

Mike Hall was very prompt and professional. He was also friendly and informative. I will definitely use him on a regular basis for heating and air-conditioning. He was a recommendation from my Angie's List handyman.

We just completed an extensive remodel of our house, which included new ductwork, an additional return, and a new air conditioning unit. They did an outstanding job on this large project. Mike's work ethic, professionalism, and work product were beyond reproach. We learned through this remodel process that a quality contractor is difficult to find, especially one that knows their business and takes pride in their work. Mike Hall is one of those rare contractors that takes pride in what he does and we feel so fortunate that we found him on Angie's List for our job.

The service was better than i would have ever expected. I thought my motor blower was out. when he checked it out he told me that it was just my relay switch and the cost was going to be a fraction of what i originally thought it was going to be. other companies i have used in the past would have charged me $800 for a new motor blower and would have given me a free relay switch. i will definitely call them again next time my AC needs serviced. they are honest, punctual and do a great job.

Wow! Our air went out Sunday night. We read several reviews on Angie's list and decided to call Action Air, Inc. because of the reviews. I left a message asking them to call after 8 a.m. on Monday. We received a call around 8:03 a.m. - which I thought was amazingly prompt. I spoke with Mike Hall, he asked about the problem. All I could say is the air conditioner was not working. He said he would be at our home between 12 and 1 p.m., and he arrived around 12:45. The first thing Mike checked was our thermostat. Although it was only a couple of years old, he showed us how if he held the button down, the air worked. So he replaced the thermostat. Mike did not try to up-sell a fancy, expensive thermostat. He asked how we used the thermostat, if we used the program functions, and suggested a model that suited our needs. I also asked him to check both units (on the roof), and Action Air charged both units with freon. The work was completed quickly. Our home is cool once again for far less than we feared the bill would be. Perhaps the best thing is that we know our units are old (28 years) and we know they will need to be replaced sooner, rather than later. Yet Mike did not try to sell us on replacing our units. In fact, he did not bring up replacement - we asked after we paid the bill. I would absolutely use Action Air again. They were straight forward, honest and not interested in trying to sell more products or services than needed,.
