I liked that this is a family company. Constantin was very knowledgeable and experienced. He returned my calls and completed installation of the tankless water heater in a very timely manner. He was friendly and patient answering all my questions and his price was competitive. Would definitely refer to my friends and will use again for any of my plumbing needs.

The project was completed within the time frame promised and at the cost originally quoted. Clean up after the project was completed could have been better.

Over $100 an hour for labor seemed pricey but he assured me the job would be done right. I texted him with the diagram from the manufacturer installation instructions with exactly how I wanted the unit installed, including a bypass valve. He attached my unit to the wall in the exact opposite direction of the water flow for my pre-plumbed loop. Instead of fixing it, he just built the plumbing around his mistake and failed to install a bypass. I complained and he sent someone back out to install a bypass, who showed up an hour and a half late with no call. He installed half a bypass loop. I can now get unfiltered water into my house but still cannot actually bypass the filter. The bypass actually sends water in reverse through my filter. To summarize, it works, but I am probably going to have to hire someone else to do it again.

We had Water Rehab install a Tankless Water Heater and Water conditioning system. Constantin and his crew were very good from start to finish. The quote was very competitive to other quotes I got. He won my business because he really explained the whole system and what little things they would add now that would make a difference in future servicing and maintenance. They were prompt, and got the work done on time. My only complaint regarding the work is that the vent and drainage spouts they installed are not esthetically pleasing. They are on the exterior side of the house so not a big problem, but I know that another company had said they would make those "look really nice too." But this is very minor complaint given the size of the project. I would definitely recommend Water Rehab, and would also recommend getting a Tankless Water Heater...very efficient.

Very honest no bs

We had misters put in, needed it to be hooked into a water source from inside the house and they did a great job of getting that done and putting the motor in a place that wasn t out in the open. They work great, we have used them every day since they were installed.

They have the potential to be a four-star rating. They did the work fast, however, they had to come back to finish some things. Also, they did return a call after I had a concern about the work. I would like to see them improve on that.
