Everything went smooth and very clean. I bought my own toilets and faucets, David was the plumber and he was professional, friendly, and quite handsome too. My 70 year old home has lovely plumbing now.

plumbing medic was fantastic. the tech was friendly and courteous (he even put on shoe covers every time he went in and out. some extra issues popped up along the way but i didnt have to pay anything extra because the price they quote is the price you pay. overall very satisfied they will be my go to for all my plumbing needs

The technician originally arrived on-time and was able to quickly determine the issue but the pricing for the repair is where I feel I pillaged. The price for the repair was originally going to be well over $800 for a gasket and only after he was not unable to arrive at the specified date did he reduce the price for the repair by $200. I was happy to get the price reduction but then the repair was completed in less than 10 minutes, and I was not provided an itemized bill. The whole he left in my ceiling only took 5 minutes to create, and he quickly identified the issue so why such an exorbitant repair price for what took less than ½ hour to diagnose and repair and after looking up the part, I discovered that it was only $40 part. If you get a quote from them I would definitely recommend getting a second opinion.

They took 5 hours to come to my home even when I told the appt desk that it was emergency water damage plumbing. But they were very helpful when they were at my home.

Quick reply and quick to show up. Maybe that is because their on the expensive side and do not get that much work. But then, they did get here quick and it did not take that long for them to finish. They also flushed by hot water heater at no additional cost.

The company was VERY communicative! They tried to squeeze me in same day, but it just didn't work. However, they were in constant contact, letting me know what was happening. Pleased with this company.
