Carlos E is an exceptional service provider. He was very thorough in cleaning out the clog, flushing the pipes to make sure they were clear, and providing technical support explaining how I could help maintain clean pipes myself. I was apprehensive about calling a plumber for the first time, but he put me at ease immediately. He cleaned up his workspace, made a run to the hardware store to buy a needed part, and was pleasant and communicative throughout the experience. I have shared this positive experience with more than a dozen friends and all have expressed interest in having the contact number. Thank you, Carlos, for restoring my faith in repairmen!

Eddie was amazing! He was so professional and very kind! He fixed everything I needed done the same day and he was quick considering the jobs. He was courteous and I love that he used shoe covers when he came into the house! I would definitely want Eddie if I need something again and I would recommend him to anyone!

Tim was very congenial and, helpful. His work was excellent, and he went well above and beyond to check everything in our water system. One of the best!

Kevin and Tim were both knowledgeable and tried to ensure that I was happy with the solution and that I wouldn't have to call another plumbing company in 2 weeks (have had 3 clogs in a month). Francisco arrived at the promised time and immediately began the job. He had removed the vanity and toilet previously, and was now replacing them with new ones. He competently installed each, informing me of the progress. He did a great job!

Mike G., Alex S. and Jose L. arrived at my house at 8:00am for a job that should have taken roughly 4 hours. Serious issues revealed themselves after the job started. The team showed (using a camera) and explained everything to me so I understood the problem. I could not pay for the necessary repairs in cash. I was given substantial discounts from the first estimate, and they worked to find me a 0% financing option for 18 months. However, that is the least of what these Supermen did. They proceeded to work for 12 hours straight and finished the job in one day. They left my house at 8:00pm. I was astounded at that level of commitment. I have never experienced dedication like that when working with a repair crew. On top of it all, the three of them are extremely personable. After 21 years in my house, I have finally found my "go to" plumber. THANK YOU, Mike, Alex and Jose.

Replaced an old disposal that was leaking. Personable technician. Service was prompt; came when they said they would, but the cost was high for what needed done. Minus the $39 trip fee = $329 for 45 mins of work; the cost of a disposal unit(which is about $100 for a consumer, but quite less for them as a business - so technically, $229 for 30 mins of work, with 15 mins doing paperwork. I hired them because they were the only ones available at the time and I needed the work done fast or I would've chosen another Pro. I've used HomeAdvisor several times and always felt I paid reasonable cost for what needed done. This time, however, was too much but I had no choice.
