The service tech was very thorough and detailed. I will use this company again because I felt they were honest and reliable. Michael, my service tech, was very professional and always explained what he was doing and made sure all was in working order before he left. I did have to get a new water heater, but I felt I was in good hands.

Without getting an estimate from another company I went ahead with Plumbing Medic. I thought the cost was very high. Maybe I just haven’t replaced a water heater in a long while.

They were on time, extremely curteous. The first time the tech showed up, he discovered I was missing an important piece to two of my faucets. So, he called the manufacturer, and I ordered it. He came back a week later, with no additional charge, and installed three faucets. Finally, I now have three beautiful functioning faucets!

Francisco was awesome. Fixed main shut offs, washing machine shut offs, and sink shutoffs. All work was perfect. Clean. And excectly what was needed. Fransico took the time to explain all steps and options. They use a tablet order system so have some but limited pricing options. All in all a bit expensive but I needed it done NOW. And they did it perfectly.

Home Advisor showed an 11:30 to 12:30 arrival time, company called talked about the request was supposed to have dispatcher call to confirm. NO call for 2 hours called them was told they could not get someone out until Monday. Hung up Won't ever use Home Adviser or Plumbing A/C Medic EVER!

Our experience with Plumbing Medic was exceptional. Everyone was professional and worked hard to complete the install. Our home is cool and comfortable and we couldn't be happier!
