The job was so involved, including concrete sawing the house foundation and connecting to the city sewer main, that two other contractors refused to even bid. Plumbing Medic responded fast and worked their tails off to get the job done quickly.

Incredibly prompt, efficient, professional and a joy to interact with. The anxiety of having ones ac stop working when its 115 out combined with worry of pets, health and low funds were put to rest immediately. After meeting with 5 different companies, Plumbing & A/C Medic were the no brainer decision to go with. Holiday weekend delayed the actual install but we were given free portable units to alleviate the rising temperatures in the house. Easy financial options with no hard sells. We will definitely be calling them whenever there is a problem with plumbing as well and definitely will be referring them to all our friends!

Maritza came to unclog a sink and bathtub. She is absolutely wonderful. She is smart and extremely knowledgeable about all types of plumbing. She explains what is needed in detail with pictures so I can actually see what is happening. That's important to me because if you're not a plumber how would you know if they're being honest or not. I have been through 3 plumbers already. When you have a plumbing problem, there isn't time to fool around looking for an honest, reasonably priced one. Never found one that I was happy with until now. No sales pitches, no one trying to convince me how wonderful they are. None of that nonsense. Just a smart plumber who can fix the problem. I HIGHLY recommend Plumbing Medic and ask for Maritza. I promise you will NOT regret it. This is my go to plumber from now on. Thank you Maritza, you are the best.

Good work, good customer service. Just didn't care for the upsell nature of how they work. They won't quote anything over the phone, instead they send someone who looks at everything in the house and tells you what they recommend. While all good stuff, its a little off putting.

I felt like I was taken advantage of. It was a heat advisory that day 110 degrees in mid September. After Darryl gave me my estimate for $895.00 for a condenser motor with a new cap, I could not believe it with highs expected at 110. What choice do I have but to pay. I'm not even sure if I got a new cap. So after about 45 mins of work and $895.00 dollars later he was done. He didn't even close the door for the fuse box. Well I guess that's what you get from Plumbing Medic, price gouging and so so service.

This experience was great. The Technician, Dave, was extremely helpful and professional. The technician actually showed me the problem, (this is a manufactured home). It was a relief to find a plumber that was experienced in working with this type of situation. Dave did a great job and I highly recommend this company.
