When James and his co-worker Chris came to do estimation, I got some doubts. The first thing that confused me was their age. I did not think that these kids could do something right what I needed. After his estimation, I was not sure whether it was a fair price or not. I invited another estimator who looked like a ���shark��� of plumbing. But, his estimation was significantly higher than James���. After that, I checked James��� website, read all reviews on home advisor site, and BBB. Everything looked good for me. Finally, he came and did really a good job. Time to time, I was observing how he was working: he looked confident, mindful, and focused. He looked like a surgeon who knew what he was doing. I am very satisfied with his work and wish him the best in growing his plumbing business. Will I invite him if I need plumbing services again? Yes, I will.

The service was great. I was pleased with the quality of the work and the price. I had a pipe that was leading and two hose bibs that needed to be replaced. The leaking pipe went into concrete. James was very easy to work with and very polite. I showed him the problems, he gave me a good price and the work was completed quickly and to my satisfaction. I would use him again and would recommend him to someone else.

I the home owners realtor and when I showed up at the home the anti-siphon valve was broken and there was water flooding the back yard. I called West Plumbing and they were out on the location and had everything fixed up within a couple of hours. I'm very impressed with the timelyness and excellent customer service they provided.

The project wasn't a water heater; it was relocating a gas line for a natural gas grill. James arrived on time and communicated by cell phone regarding arrival. He was friendly, professional and seemed to enjoy doing what he does. I will definitely use him again, and I referred him to my daughter. She's the one with the water heater project!

West plumbing showed up within an hour of my call to fix a broken water line. Gave bid to replace entire homes water pipes and was a little high. Had them "patch" the broken line temporarily, $135 for maybe 5 minutes of work and only slowed the leak a little bit. Very nice guy though

These guys are professional, they listen to your needs, and they communicate! We had some faucets replaced, all fixtures in a shower replaced, and tile in the shower painted by West, and they exceeded our expectations. I appreciated that James listened to my request of keeping the price of the fixtures down, called to tell me if a part came in or when he would return from running to get parts, and finished the work in a very timely manner. They take pride in their work, and we highly recommend West Plumbing!
