very nice and courteous. on time and worked hard to finish in a timely manner. however, would have preferred a written estimate first and an itemized receipt at time of paying.

I had a leak in my reverse osmoses system on New Years day and James came out and fixed my problem. I would definitely recommend James to anyone.

Overall the technician was easy to talk to and did a great job. The leak was fixed. I just bought the house, and he inspected all the plumbing for me as well, bringing attention to potential issues and fixing the more critical ones. He was about 15 minutes late, but that was not a big issue.

We purchased new faucets for the guest dual sink and noticed that the valves were no longer working well. I let James know that I wanted to replace the valves with quarter turn ball valves as well as get new supply lines. I told him I was going to Home Depot and he was able to tell me what part number to order for the valve and the correct size for the braided supply line, which I picked up when purchasing the new faucets. He quoted the entire job over the phone and there were no additions to his quote during the work, final cost exactly as quoted. Very professional and reasonable price, showed up exactly on time which is always appreciated.

I was very concerned at first because the company was fairly new and James was so young. Found James to be very professional, knowledgeable and his estimate very reasonable. Did a beautiful job replacing kitchen sink, garbage disposal, faucet and dishwasher. Replaced bathroom faucet, tub/shower hardware and repaired rocking toilet but Issues continued after. With a call to James he returned and solved problems. I would call West Plumbing again for any plumbing needs.

James was very professional and polite when he came out to give me a quote. I had multiple jobs for him and he told me exactly how he was going to take care of the job and how much it would cost me. Even when I changed my mind and added more things to be done he smiled and said he could get it done the next day. His work was excellent and not like most of the plumbers I have hired in the past he actually did an excellent cleanup job. Good thing I am a little OCD. I have asked him to do more jobs down the road after I save up some more money. His pricing is very reasonable and great quality. For such a young man he is very committed to his customer satisfaction which is rare now a days. I will recommend him to all my friends.
