Was the first to respond to my request and could come out on a Saturday which is why we chose to use him. Quoted us $220 over the phone to replace faucet and check backed up disposal/dishwasher line. Service was for a rental property we own. After service, we were told the fee was $250. When asked about the disposal/dishwasher backing up I was told he forgot to check that, but just have tenant run disposal off and on for awhile and it should all clear. Just went to property as tenants have moved out, and the faucet that is not 1 month old is loose.

Hired this company based on reviews to replace garbage disposal, run snake thru 2 drains from inside, replace toilet float assembly, and fix leaking faucet handle in bathroom. Positives - returned call quickly, set a time to arrive and showed up on time, quality of actual plumbing work reasonable but not outstanding. E.g, the slow drain now works well. Negatives -- installed bargain basement disposal without offering size options, refused to wire in an existing switch, and referred us to an electrician who wanted $350 to wire in the switch (I did this myself in ~ 30 minutes with $8 worth of parts). Charged high price ($295) using a $100 unit (Lowes retail price) so $200 labor for perhaps a 45 min job. Also was not interested in tracking down a kit to fix the existing faucet but rather wanted us to replace the faucet entirely. So at the end of the day, we paid $475 for installation of a $100 disposal (without the power hooked up), snaking two drains lines of less than 10 feet, and replacing one toilet float. Not exactly a good deal so I do not intend to call these folks again.

James came and told me what it would cost and figured out my problem with the faucets at the washer and solved it. He updated and replaced my old 40 year old hose bibs, he quickly finished and even moved my washer where I needed it stored!

Our faucet decides to move from left to right all by itself. I is like it is possessed.

Very impressed with the call back within 10 minutes and the repairman' s (James) arrival within just a few hours. He worked quickly and within less than 45 minutes, we had a new kitchen faucet in working order! We have company coming for the weekend and I had already been without a working faucet since the day before! Thank you, thank you!

Did a great job doing our gas line for a dryer. James came out and was professional and courteous. Did the job in the frame that was allowed. Now I'm drying with gas...thanks West Plumbing.

James was very professional, timely, and complete with his work. We are very pleased with the job that he did and will definitely be using him for any future gas or water plumbing work that we need.

I didn't even have to set an appointment. I was just looking at Home advisor and because I clicked on their name West Plumbing called me the next day. they were in the area and came over, gave an estimate and then did the work. It was very easy

He was able to come out BEFORE the scheduled time and did a good job! I plan on having him come back to do more work next month!
