Had them come out for an estimate to replace a water valve on the main line. They charged $80 for the estimate which would go towards the repair/replacement. The problem is they wanted to charge more than twice the amount to do the replacement that other companies charge.

Very quick response time. Technician was courteous and friendly. Job was completed within a half an hour. I was very pleased and would call them again.

I had a leak in the master bathroom. Being a 17 year old house, I had the faucets plus new stops installed. Was professional and took pride in the work. Bathrooms were left cleaned, no mess left behind. I would recommend this company.

They arrived promptly and then got a specialist the same day to do a leak check since my water bill was extremely high (traced it to the swimming pool but also confirmed that the house itself was tight).

They charged me $649(minus $50 that I talked them into giving me)for a 50-minute job. They replaced a hose bib valve coming out of our outside wall that had a leak. They extended the bib about 4 inches (looks like crap) & left a gaping hole in our slump block for us to repair. Gee thanks. I could have done a better job than that and not destroyed my wall.

Way too overpriced. We already removed the old toilet and had the new one staged for install. We needed to have the drain snaked and the toilet installed. $700+ later and two separate trips to get the toilet to function properly. The toilet wobbles and so a third visit is needed.

They were prompt came the day after they came out to look at the work and finished the job on the same day.

The amount of work and the time (5 hrs) involved was way over priced at 4k! But, that's expected of today's prices.

My toilet was **ghost** running and needed a new flapper to seal the tank between flushes. The technician insisted that his boss would not allow replacement of just that one part because then when another part malfunctioned customers were upset. I offered to write him a note for his boss saying I refused the total rebuild and would not be upset if another part failed later. He told me it was all or I could just pay the $85 trip fee, and he would leave. He bluffed that this was **industry standard** and I had just have to pay someone else another 85 trip fee. I caved. When he was done, paid and drove away I looked at my toilet. He had removed my lovely custom tank flush lever and replaced it with a cheesy plastic piece sprayed chrome. I paid over $350 to get a $7.69 part replaced (which I have done myself at least a half dozen times at our cabin and homestead house. I did not ask for quotes when Home Advisor offered since this is usually under $125.

West was able to complete my job the same afternoon they contacted me. The tech did a great job and took care of the leak perfectly the first time.
