Turf & Trees Landscaping

Received a chip drop. Spotter backed the dump truck up too close to my house and hundreds of pounds of wood chips slammed up against my garage indenting it inwards. The spotter began apologizing profusely and left promptly. When I reached out to the company, Marcus Klingler (the President) told me that the chips never touched my house (he was not there) and that the workers told him there was not any damage. And that he is innocent until proven guilty even though my pictures clearly show the amount of woodchips resting against my garage and the damage done once shoveled away from it. If I can save any of you from this companies lack of professionalism and abundance of mistakes, I will.

We hired Turf & Trees via recommendation by an ad in our HOA newsletter. They have been great and a great price for what they do. We have a corner lot with a larger front desert landscaping and a decent sized grass backyard with fruit trees. They have done an excellent job every two weeks maintaining the landscaping, trimming bushes and trees as needed, and mowing the grass. They even move our trampoline to mow the grass underneath it. They even fixed a sprinkler that we had intended to fix ourselves. (In comparison, our previous landscaping service charged twice as much and we had to ask them to trim bushes each time because they left them and they only mowed and leafblowed.) I have always received prompt responses via email whenever requesting a service or a quote. I was a little disappointed that the pre-emergent application only covered the front yard, but the person who came to apply it spent a great deal of time working on the front landscaping and I have not seen any weeds since. I am very happy to continue using Turf & Trees landscaping.

We have a very small yard and a small patch of grass which Turf and Trees let totally die. Their tree and shrub trimming was minimal and done very unprofessionally. We were constantly having to talk to the crew to get them to do things correctly. We fired this company because of their new ridiculous billing system. They were trying to force all customers to sign up for ACH funds transfer and were going to bill us every time the crew paid a visit. In other words, they wanted their hooks into my checking account so they could take money out of it four to five times a month without me approving the charges first. STAY AWAY from this company, they are not customer friendly and the quality of their work is mediocre at best.

Reliable service. I was in need of my 15-year-old tree to be trimmed and I needed professionals like them to do this Job. The work was completed and the tree My Palo Varde looks Great. Thank you for the excellent service. Queen Creek AZ.

the only reason I did not rate 5 stars, is because although the job was good, and good price, when the branches fell, it damaged 3 of the 5 texas sage bushes I have in the front yard (I had asked trimmers to please be careful prior to work)

Came out right away. Brought 4 guys and knocked it out in no time. Cleaned up everything very nicely.

The tree they cut down was dropped on the roof causing a 2 in hole. They did fix the roof the next day, however I hired a professional to avoid damaging the roof.
