Everything about this process was great! I called and Kirk set up an appointment with me. I requested same day service and he worked to expedite my request and made it happen. He called my insurance with me on the phone to receive approval. Kirk called me back with an estimated time frame today. Jesus, the technician, called 30 minutes prior to arrival. He was on time and installed the windshield in a professional timely manner. My windshield looks awesome! I highly recommend this company.

Safepro was excellent in their response time. Safepro offers price match, however this is not quite true. They did give a discount, but actual price matching did not occur. Safepro was able to come out the same day.

I was able to get an appointment in a very timely manner which fit my schedule. The technician called me with some notice that he was on his way, and he was even early. He was very professional and friendly, and the quality of the work is excellent.

Safe Pro glass did a wonderful job! They were very helpful going through the necessary steps to go through my insurance which involved a long conversation on the phone with my insurance.
