Working with Stephanie and SafePro was such a pleasant experience. They worked efficiently and around my schedule, no time wasted waiting around for them. I called Saturday the 21st and after working with my insurance company they were out replacing my windshield by Thursday the 25th. Funny enough I actually have two experiences with them. Friday the 26th my windshield was struck by a rock again. Stephanie again wasted no time scheduling everything for me and getting me another replacement by the 1st! The technicians were also were respectful and did a good job!

I called and spoke to a gentleman explained to him I lived in Ohio and was looking to have a window replaced for my mother who lives in Goodyear AZ. They went to her house cleaned every speck of broken glass (inside and outside the car). you would never know the glass was broken because the fit and finish was flawless.

It was excellent i called in to get done today because it was my only day off. I got denied at a bunch of other places i called. The rep i spoke with was awesome and worked it all out for me to get done today. Amazing service and was super polite and nice. Definetly will use them again and recommend them!

Great the tech looked at my truck and it was a simple quick fix

My contact with SafePro started out by requesting an appointment. Being unable to get the insurance claim started, the rep said he'd call me the next day to try again. No call. I called again two days later. This time spoke to a manager (assumed). All seemed to be in order at this point. Tech came and performed work on July 3, 2018. Never heard back on $150 cash back promotion. I called about a month later on August 14, 2018 to check on my reimbursement. No record of it per rep on phone. She said she would get it looked at by the right person, and was promised a call back. No call. As of today, September 27, 2018, still have not heard from SafePro. I am very disappointed by the initial service issue, and especially by the lack of follow through and apparent unwillingness to fulfill their offer of cash back. Buyer beware!
