I was calling for quotes when I called them they quoted me a higher price so I told them I was sorry but I was going with the lower price which was about 30dollars less. He said hold a moment and came back and said they would do it for that. Also trusted me to pay when they got here. They came did the work were professional but also friendly. Could never say enough good about this company and Michael.

My experience was exceptional. They worked to squeeze my appointment in on the same day. Cheyenne (CA) showed up on time and provided exceeded all of my expectations and provided customer service. He quickly replaced the broken glass and gave helpful advice. I would be happy to do business again with SafePro again.

Everything went well. From the customer service representatives on the phone to the installer - all were courteous and professional. The work was performed in a timely manner. I have used this company before and they continue to be easy to work with, thoughtful and helpful. We are very satisfied with the excellent service we received. All payment was done through our insurance so it was definitely a no hassle transaction for me!

From start to finish the staff at SafePro Auto Glass, LLC EXCEEDED my expectations. From the initial call back that I received for my pricing inquiry, to the scheduling, prompt arrival of the technician, and the excellent install ... I simply could not be more pleased with this company, and every employee that I had direct contact with. They use superior products that meet or exceed OEM standards. Their technician was very detailed with his initial inspection of my vehicle prior to the installation (to identify any existing damage, so as to eliminate and/or take full responsibility for anything that may arise during install ... which nothing did), worked quickly and expertly to remove the damaged windshield and install the new product. And following the install, requested that I inspect his workmanship prior to having me sign the documents accepting the job as completed to my satisfaction. They provide a full list of what you should or should not do within the timeline specified following the installation, so there is no guesswork as to what will ensure a complete seal on the new glass. They are a preferred glass shop through my insurance, USAA, and provide an amazing warranty the exceeds the warranty provided by my insurance. I would not hesitate to use SafePro in the future, and will make sure I spread the word to anyone I know in need of glass service.

Wow this company was AMAZING! Someone broke into my car by shattering my rear passenger window on a Sunday! Every auto glass place that my insurance company told me was full, and I wouldn’t be able to get my window replaced for another 2 days! I called this company to ask if they had ANYTHING available to get it done, and they said come on in and we’ll get you taken care of! Doug B. was helping me and was so sweet! This is the first time something like this has happened to me, so he walked me through the whole process! When I came in everyone was so nice, and accommodating! They took one look at my car and knew what needed to be done. They also told me that I could get my windshield replaced for free because I had a crack all the way across my windshield! I will forever use this company! Plus they even come to you! THEY ARE AMAZING!

Awesome, I ran into a scheduling problem and the young man/installer was so nice and came to the new location without hesitation. He was very personable and did a fantastic job. He went over the warranty and answered all my questions. I won’t hesitate to use them again.

They were kind, courteous, and quick. Amazing service! I was in and out in about 15 minutes. They were very professional and helpful! Especially since I had 2 kids in tow!!

Open Saturday, quick service, good price

Quick service right after I put my information in online I received a phone call within 10 minutes. They called my insurance with me on the phone and made it super easy to make a claim. They were all able to fit me in the schedule the same day, came to my home and were very nice and did great work.

All went as well or better than promised. Won't know quality for awhile.

Excellent. Called on a Monday, and they came to my work the next day. Whole process took less than a half hour.
