Owners Adam and Ted Goettl have more than 30 years of experience in the HVAC field. They founded Goettls High Desert Mechanical in 1987. And are both certified by the North American Technician Excellence, the leading certification program for heating, ventilation and air conditioning. All of Goettls technicians are NATE certified. Our technicians are skilled and knowledgeable. We listen to your concerns, answer all your questions and discuss your options to help you determine what best meets your needs. And, we take care of your home as if it were our own. Our work is meticulous and tidy and always up to code standards.

Wanted a whole house water filtering system installed and Derick was very knowledgeable in helping us pick the right filtering system we needed. We already knew which brand, just not which system. He helped us understand how it will work and after we ordered it and it arrived he came out and installed it. Very satisfied with the service and pricing. Will definitely call them for any future work needed.

We went with Goettls after first recommended company rescheduled appointment three times. Goettls was then chosen, however, it was determined that our WH was over 11 years old. We decided to replace it, that will be done next Tuesday, so not all of the experience is done.

The repairman was courteous and did what he needed to do swiftly. Except he spent more time on his phone putting together estimates on more expensive options that I could opt in for than actually doing the job (putting in a new thermocouple).
