They did what they said they would do and when they would do it.

I interviewed 4 contractors to refinish my Walking Deck over my Garage and Workshop. The deck required refinish as it had over 28 blisters/bubbles and I was concerned about the upcoming monsoon season. I received bids as high as $6,200. J & P Construction was less than half the price and they used the same materials (Master Seal NP1 and Master Seal 225) to repair the blisters/bubbles. Jacob, Peter, and William arrived on time, power washed the deck, repaired the blisters, sealed the deck and cleaned everything. We are very satisfied and pleased with the workmanship. I strongly recommend J & P Construction.

They are attentive, respectful, prompt, and most of all good at what they do. The estimate was clear and complete, no gray areas. I had my roof sealed by them and they first did a big clean up of my large roof. They finished today and did more then the estimate called for. Highly recommend J&P for your roof work!
