The plumber arrived a half hour EARLY! This is amazing and a great start. He went straight to work, removed the old disposal, cleaned up the attachment points and proceeded to install the new unit. After installation, he cleaned up the sink by running everything through the disposal which served as a checkout run. He told us there was a little extra sealant around the new sink drain so that if some of it oozed out later, we would know what it was. He seems to know what he is doing and how to do it. He is friendly, but not too talkative, just enough to engage the customer without being intrusive. We will certainly call upon him again if we have a plumbing problem.

This plumber had previously lubricated the replaced faucet. Although this did free up the faucet, it would only be a matter of time before the rust clogged things up again. Therefore we obtained a free replacement faucet and had the same plumber install the new one. He arrived well within the estimated time, removed the old faucet and installed the new one in less than an hour. At the end he cleaned up the sink and floor and removed the old faucet when he left.

The plumber arrived early and completed both jobs in less than half an hour. He does his work in a quick, smooth, quiet manner that shows his experience and knowledge. Basically, he greased the kitchen faucet base, adjusted the toilet tank float and replaced the toilet tank flapper valve.

He was a bit late (about 1/2 hour) but very apologetic. He was very polite and had the job done quickly (about 15 minutes, including testing for leaks, etc.) We'd use him again.

GOOD EXPERIENCE AND DID HIRE HIM FOR ANOTHER SMALL REPAIR.

My husband placed several calls to this company with no response. He finally called the last time and left a message that we no longer needed their services. A man called back & asked what we needed. When my husband told him that he didn't need his services since he didn't call us back, the man said that he had a death in the family. Even so, he could have had someone call back & let us know. I would have more respect for someone in business who has an alternate person to take care of business when he wasn't available.

REPAIRMAN IS KNOWLEDGEABLE, QUICK, THOROUGH AND QUIET. AFTER HE HAD TIGHTENED UP THE ONE FAUCET HANDLE WE HAD ASKED FOR, HE CHECKED THE OTHER THREE FAUCETS AND FOUND A SECOND ONE THAT WAS LOOSE.
