In my conversation I failed to mention one vent to fix. Rod Bywater never mentioned my omission so seeing how the other five vents were fixed my neighbor and I fixed the sixth vent. The crew did a good job of cleanup.

Responded very quickly, finished the job promptly. It rained last Wednesday, no further problem. We are very satisfied.

Rod took the project after another roofing company failed to show up for the appointment. He showed up as promised and did a very good job on the repair. Had a roof leak. Went online to look for a roofer and came across the service magic website. Left my info. at about 10pm on a Saturday night. Rod from Confide Roofing called me within a minute. He came by next morning (Sunday), and identified the problem and discussed with me. Gave me a quote and when I accepted was back up on the roof. Took less than two hours. Rained again after he left, no more leak. I Highly recommend Rod. Honest price and great service. I had been up on the roof previously myself a couple times and could never locate the source of the leak.

Rod called & set up an appointment. He was right on time. He inspected my roof and found the area where the leak was coming from and noticed other issues with my roof - there were some broken and missing roof tiles. He repaired the leak and then told me he would look for some replacement tiles for me - and that it may take a couple of days. He billed me for the work he performed - which was a fair price. A couple days later he came to my home with some new roof tiles and replaced them for me and did not charge me for the work !! I FULLY recommend Rod for anyone who is in need of a roof repairman with integrity and professionalism.
