I had Scarborough Heating & Air install two new Trane systems in my new custom home. I became ware of their ineptitude shortly after the job started when the employees that showed up to do the install had little or no experience. The layout of the ductwork bordered on retarded with numerous 90 degree turns which significantly decrease airflow. When the time came to wire in the units themselves they had to hire an outside company because the owner, Gary Scarborough, couldn't figure it out. Long story short, I have had loads of problems with the systems and was abandoned once the contractor got paid. I made numerous attempts to have the contractor come back to repairs his mistakes, but it never happened. He lied to me so many time I can't even count them all. Although it was too late by the time I figured it out, I determined that Gary Scarborough already had a track record of accepting payment and them not doing the job for which he had been paid. The company and the owner should be in the Yellow pages under "Grifters."
