ITS Plumbing

From now on, this is my go to service for plumbing, AC and electrical work. They are responsive, competent and their price is reasonable. I hired them to replace two outdoor faucets. Bobby made quick work of it, cleaned up behind himself and was interesting to talk to. I hired a different plumbing company to replace a kitchen sink about six months ago. They did a good job but their fee was outrageous, about $550 and I supplied all the materials. Never again. Their name is almost the same as a popular computer programming language that is very seldom used nowdays.

ITS is always great

Matt responded personally to replace a broken shower valve/body in the wall. He did an excellent job and his willingness to help us in a crunch (had to shut off water to the house to stop the broken valve) was enough to convince me he takes care of his customers. I will be confident and happy to use Matt in the future.

I couldn't have had a better experience. After price quoting from many places, I finally decided to use Home Advisor. Matt replied instantly and was able to get my water heater replaced the same day! Price was better than national chains. Very courteous and professional. I would definitely recommend Matt and ITS Plumbing. A+ on all levels.

I called them on a Saturday around noon on the off chance that they might come out (even though business hours are Mo-Fr). They came out within an hour to give me a quote and had the water heater installed the same day! They were very professional and courteous and took time away from their family to ensure the job was done right. Thank you!

A disaster from beginning to end!

The pilot on the hot water tank that we had installed less than 2 year ago went out and would not relight. We attempted to get someone from that company and they told us it would be over a week before someone could get out. However, their website let us set an appointment for Thursday, which they said was not possible. I got a hold of ITS Plumbing and they can out and fixed the problem the same day. Would definitely recommend to anyone.
