I can not say enough good things about this company. Andrew called me back with in an hour and was at my house fixing my AC problem with in 4 hours. This all happened the same day which was a Monday and in the heat of June. I absolutely had no wait time even though he had a full schedule. Andrew was very mannerly and very professional. Andrew did a great job on both my old system, and my new system that he installed. He was on time, answered all my questions, replied to all my texts/emails in timely manor, and finished the job on time. Reasonable pricing, courteous service, cannot ask for more!

Andrew was courteous, on time, reasonably priced and very efficient! My furnace died the first week of my husband's deployment and Andrew was quick to give us an estimate and schedule installation of a new one. He worked with me on various estimates and did not attempt to sell us on the most expensive units, but gave knowledgeable advice for a solid choice that would fit our needs best. He went above and beyond too - while working on the furnace the water line to our fridge came apart and he so VERY kindly stopped what he was doing and helped my friend turn off the water main for me while I sat drenched and crying in my kitchen like the little Dutch boy with my finger in the wall :D My dogs liked him too, so clearly he is a trustworthy guy: I recommend him for any of your HVAC needs - you will not be disappointed.

Absolute pleasure working with Andrew and his associate. They were on time, on a budget, had everything they needed, kept me in the loop on all aspects of the removal and installation, and they finished as promised. They cleaned up after their job was complete and hauled off the trash. I have never been more pleased with a Heating and Air installer. I would highly recommend to anyone.

Andrew knows his stuff, top notch, up front honest. I had another company (starts with M*) service my ac in the past and they lied to me over and over again, to the point where they didn't want to look at the ac and wanted to charge me over 10k for new duct work. Andrew quickly assessed that my ducting was not only ok, but the unit was low on refrigerant. The latter wasn't even checked by the other company. I will refer him to people I know that have an ac issue, he's honest and fair in his pricing, AND gets it done right.
