Nathan identified the problem quickly & was able to provide a quick solution. He has done work for me in the past & is ALWAYS a great value both in knowledge, skill and cost. He is my "go to" man.

The lady that answers the phone was cordial and we set up an appointment
for an estimate for sewer pipe replacement. I changed my schedule so
I would be here...he was no show and no call to apologize. An
afternoon blown, when I had many things I needed to accomplish.
I called again and scheduled because I know things in life happen &
this gentlemen was recommended by another professional, so I gave him
another chance. The lady on the phone profusely apologized for the
worker and we scheduled another time for him to come. Again, I canceled
things I had scheduled to be here and again, no show! Again, no call to
say he was delayed and not coming! In this day and time, I really do not understand
how someone in business and has a phone does business like this.
