When I bought the Big Deal, I asked to schedule the service for two weeks in the future. When I called a couple of days later to confirm an appointment time, Phil (the owner?) said he could have his crew come out that afternoon. The crew showed up at 5pm and started to clean the gutters. While the crew was working, Phil called and said his crew had sent him photos and my house was filthy and needed a pressure wash, which the crew could do but would take another hour to hour and half. I said I didn't need the service. Phil tried to get me to buy the additional service by lowering the price three times, emphasizing no tax. When I stated I didn't like the "pressure sale," Phil hung up. Then he sent a text message about 15 minutes later: "You feel too pressured? Well them stop buying our coupons. We're in the business to make money not to clean you're gutters for $100." I understand that a business wants to try to sell additional services but the business should take no for an answer. Phil's actions were very unprofessional.
Description of Work: I bought a Big Deal: gutter cleaning for $99. The crew cleaned the gutters and placed the trash bag at the curb.
