I was told to call local myself and I'd be reimbursed. I called Super Service Today. A plumber came but he was not familiar with my energy efficient furnace. He made it run for a weekend though. I called back. All plumbers were busy elsewhere, so Super Service Today summoned 128 Plumbing for me. Derek realized the tubing had not been cleaned out. Now, I do not have proof that the maintenance check neglected this issue, but I immediately decided to dump Pivotal and signed up with 128 Plumbing instead. Pivotal did reimburse me for the work done. However, the service provided was far inferior to what I originally experienced with Com Gas and Eversource. I do not recommend having an agreement with a company based in the middle of the country when you live in Boston. If you were signed up with Pivotal by Eversource, I suggest you get yourself a local maintenance agreement.

I wasn't getting heat. I guess it needed a new battery. When we put the battery in ourselves, we didn't attach it correctly against the piece that was against the wall. So I was getting no heat. So I called them and they came and that's what they discovered and they corrected it for me and I was able to get my heat. I pay a yearly thing and that covered it. The last time, there was a little mix up because they call somebody here and when they call somebody here, sometimes they're very, very busy and they can't come out right away. So, sometimes there is a little delay. I don't think it will be like that the next time I call them. I have a contract with them. I have a little bit of property. So, I contact them if one of my tenants has no heat or if I don't have any heat. I call them and they call someone to come to the house to take care of it for me. It's a yearly contract I have with them. I pay so much and they come out. If I have no heat or if there is something with the furnace they will fix that and whatever. It's around the same price as the other source used to charge me, a couple of hundred dollars for each furnace. I own about four apartments and including mine, I have five apartments with them. So, it's about $250, almost $300 apiece. The quality is very good. I was very surprised, they came right away and took care of it and that was the end of it. In fact, one of them, they came in the middle of the night. One of my tenants called since they were getting no heat and there was something wrong with the furnace, there was some electrical thing that wasn't plugged in or something and they came in the middle of the night because they have two children and I was worried about the kids because they were six years old, the twins. There was no heat, so I was worried. They came at about 2:30 in the morning and I didn't even know it. I thought they would tell me they couldn't come till the next morning, but instead, they came that night. So they made the effort.
