My water heater was leaking. I talked to Wes over the phone and he was very professional and courteous. He set up an appointment the same day to have my water heater replace. The technicians that came to my house to do the install ( Roger and Tony ) were very professional and friendly. Their work was excellent. My wife and I are very pleased. I would highly recommend Keith the Plumber to anyone with plumbing needs.

We had a 40+ year old. water heater begin to leak on a Friday. I spoke to Wes on the phone about it. Right off he was very professional and courteous and set up an appointment for Monday. They came and had to cut the lines since it was so old and replace some of them. There was no extra charge for this. He took the old one and cleaned up behind himself. Have nothing but glowing reviews of the work and how this company is run. Thanks again.

These guys were professional and timely. Although they were only coming out to give me an estimate for installing a water heater, they actually came prepared to install the water heater. After the heater was installed, they called to make sure I was happy. Its good to see a company as interested in their customers as this one.

The serviceman who did the work was courteous, thorough, fair, cleaned up after himself, didn't try to upsell us anything without very obvious need. He was fast, quiet, efficient, respectful, can't say enough good about him. Would use again.
