After submitting request via Home Advisor was contacted by 2 companies. Spoke with representative at Keith The Plumber and explained the project. Straight forward job replace hot water heater pressure release tank (parts and labor),nothing else needs to be done. The rep told me it would be $150 total (parts and labor) so I scheduled them to do the work. I was out of town the day the technician arrived. My wife told me it took them 15 to 20 minutes to complete the job. great work

Bobby was very professional and knew what he was doing. The job turned out to be bigger than we both expected, but he kept me informed on every additional step and, obviously, on any additional cost. I do intend to use this company again and would recommend them to anyone with a plumbing problem.

Nice to have young men that have a good work ethic. They worked in the heat of the day doing some of their work outside in the direct sun and kept at it. They were very pleasant to work with and they will be my "go to" plumbers from this point on.

More than twice the amount expected for 1/2 of the work it takes to install a garbage disposal. After $350 to electrician, a $200 disposal cost $659 to install.

The customer service was excellent!!! They were prompt, courteous and extremely professional The workmanship looks strong, but time will tell me more about that. I felt like the price was a little high, but I was comfortable paying it because they were strong all the other areas. I would recommend them to anyone based on this one project.

Very prompt, professional, and courteous. My job was simple but they were in and out more quickly than I expected. They took care to clean up after themselves and offered some advice about other unrelated questions I had. Their dispatch service followed up with me after the appointment to make sure everything was alright which is always nice in my opinion. The price was slightly higher than what I expected the job would cost, but the fact that they were there to fix what I broke less than 24 hours after I set an appointment makes it completely worth the amount paid.

Hired them to get an existing well back in operation that had not been used for many years. Very professional and knowledgeable. They were the only company that would give us a complete price in advance. It's working great.

The price was slightly above the highest price for the average service. I paid over $350 for 30 minutes total time at my property of work for 2 men to unstop a sewage pipe. There was also an admin fee that I did not expect. They did a great job of cleaning up the mess. They took extra measures to ensure the lines in the system past the septic tank were not blocked. The quality of the work was excellent, so if you are not on a limited income as I am, then this company would meet your criteria.
