I have discussed my original review with A Plus Tree Service and discovered the problems related to a lack of communication. A Plus Tree Service apologized profusely for the miscommunication. In my original review, I did say that the work was completed as discussed. Because of the honesty of the owner I am changing to a better rating. I believe in the future this company would be an excellent hire. I highly recommend APlus Tree Service. My recommendation would also include the absolute necessity that both parties clearly communicate expectations and freely ask questions Before and during work On the project.

Make sure they park the trash truck in the road. They left oil spots in the driveway. They great work on the tree removal of the tree and did a good job on disposing of the trash.

These guys trimmed/pruned 13 in total and 9 were very large mature trees. They did a great job and i look forward to see how this improves my pecan, black walnut and apple production.

Mr. Mitchell is a wonderful tree man and a great businessman. He showed up, both for the appointment and to do the work, when he said he would. And he and his team made quick work of a rather large tree. They also took care of some smaller trimming jobs. And they even saved two baby squirrels found in the tree they were cutting down. They are hard workers who I plan to hire again.
