I have just experienced one of the worst plumbing experiences in my 63 years. We had a toilet seal to break. I called so they sent a tech out to reseal it and charged me $400.00. Well the repair did not last 24 hours. I call Benjamin and they tell me they can not send a tech out till 8am the next morning. So I drive to my office at 7:30 to be ready for the plumber. Well the guy does not show up till 8:45 and I was supposed to be his first stop. She he gets here, hands me a iPad with a $1400.00 quote. Well I have had new seals put in on other toilets and knew this was a rip off quote. He says, sign here or I am not doing it. He knew I was in a bind, but I am not going to be taken advantage, so he left and hit the road. I found another plumber who fixed the toilet at 70% less. Moral of the story, this company will take advantage of you if you let them, so avoid at all cost. They maybe the most expensive plumbers in Birmingham.

Technician was great. Analyzed the problem. Explained what he was going todo, retrieved tools and parts needed from the truck and repaired the faucets in a journeyman manner.
