Response from Fuller Heating, Air Conditioning, Plumbing & Electrical
Member, Thank you for the review.I looked at the records from 6 years ago when the system was installed and found the price to be very fair as compaired to our competitors. We fall in the middle on most occasions.Smaller companies with 2 to 3 employees can do these jobs at lower prices but you give up some very important benifits.Smaller shops tend to skip on training for proper installation and don't do well with service after the sale.We get calls everyday during high demand times of the year from the smaller companies customers needing service. One reason is they do not have a trained service department, with a staff to deliver when you need them the most. Our company provides service when the customer calls, weekends, holidays when ever you need us.Another benefit , a properly installed system operates at peak efficiency.Thats why we have a Quality control person come out after every installation to assure that airflow, the refrigerant charge and all the details are correct. One ounce undercharged with refrigerant can decrease efficiency by 10%, low airflow through the system will create the same problem. This scenario will yield a utility overpayment to the electric company for years without the homeowner being aware.I hope this will help you be confident in your decision. We appreciate the constructive criticism and the opportunity to explain the reason that Great value always exceeds the price. Also remember to keep the system clean and operating at its best with our Energy Savings Maintenance program. Thank you so much and God Bless. Randal Fuller
