I received an estimate the same day that I called and the installation was done the next day. The price and warranty were very competitive. The installers were very friendly and were very considerate. The process was followed up with a visit by a quality control supervisor who wanted to make sure everything was done to our satisfaction. I will always call Fuller Heating and Air Conditioning when the need arises.

I personally had just replaced a short section of plugged drain line, the continued slow running drain gave indication that there was still a problem further downstream of the replaced section. A neighbor had recently started work for Fuller Plumbing, so I decided to check them out before calling anyone. Joining Angie's List was a result of many TV commercials, just to see what others were saying about Fuller Plumbing, since I had no working history of local plumbing contractors. The professional approach which was displayed by Fuller's; surely put to shame all of the 'Plumber Stories' previously heard. The technician's arrival with the advance 'on the way' call was a nice feature, and at the previously established time. The professional competence shown, in all areas, provided a sense of assurance that the problem would be resolved to my personal satisfaction. The total atmosphere generated by the technicians demeanor, questioning, and work habits was refreshing. Being that this was a simple drain cleaning incident, which was performed in a professional manner, I would not be hesitant in calling Fuller Plumbing for a much more extensive problem, renovation, or new construction.

These guys were prompt and professional. They were attentive to our description of the issues and what we would like to have done. Quick to get parts and even quicker to do the repairs. They didn't even comment on our overly bad attempt at fixing it ourselves (and there was ample ammunition there to use. LOL.). They even moved the fridge, which we had moved out blocking one entrance to the kitchen, back into place. Not an easy or light task. We will, most assuredly, use these folks again.

I love them. I have no complaints whatsoever. I would recommend them. I have a service contract, but I still pay a percentage of the service call at $74 and they take it apart and put it back together. It was great.

This service was a prescheduled preventive maintenance action. The provider arrived onsite promptly as scheduled and performed the maintenance actions over the following three hour period. The service individual was very courteous and unobtrusive in his work. His maintenance actions required numerous trips back and forth between the various AC/heat pump units and his service van. At all times he was careful not to contaminate or otherwise disrupt the state of our home. For example, during his entry and movement through our home he wore shoe covers to prevent any contamination and he left all areas in which he worked clean and as they were before he started. He completed his maintenance actions within the time estimated for the visit.

After having my second HVAC unit installed in less than eight years by Fuller HVAC, Blake Fuller came to my home to inspect the existing system to finish pricing the new one. During the visit the subject of their plumbing department came up. I decided to try their plumbing services to repair a leak in my kitchen. Everett, the plumbing manager, and Chris, the plumbing supervisor, both came to my home to evaluate the problem, and both informed me that the plan was to use a camera to isolate the problem. A day or so later, the plumber arrived, but didn't have the "camera on their truck", so proceeded to dig up the kitchen slab floor. This was not the problem, so they filled in the hole, and replaced the dishwasher connection under the sink with, what turned out, to be a defective part. This was then replaced twice more, and I was charged $400+. After several days, the leak was still present, and after several messages, the plumbers returned with the camera. This isolated the problem in the exterior wall of the kitchen. After several hours, I was informed that an additional line had to be run, and told, by the plumber, that due to the time it had taken and the damage to my house, there would be no additional charges. I then receive another bill for $650 and was told, by Blake, that "this was a significant discount". So, due to the haphazard and "hit and miss method", the repair took weeks longer than necessary and $400+ in charges for work that was not a problem until replaced with defective parts. I now have a leak repaired, but cabinets open to the exterior wall that must be fixed. Between having to replace the HVAC system in less than eight years due to a leak in the cooling system, and extraneous charges for plumbing, I cannot recommend Fuller. There appears to be a breakdown in communciations between the management, dispatch, and the actual workers in the field. I hope they can resolve their problems. Update-August 28, 2014 After reviewing the above statement, Blake Fuller contacted me. During the job, Blake was extremely helpful in resolving the issues until it was necessary for him to be away from the office for a few days. Upon his return it appears that the information provided to Blake was not necessarily the facts, and until he became aware of the details, and based on the available documentation, it appeared the job was done in a more professional and expedient way than it actually was. As usual, Blake took it upon himself to resolve the issues and has done so to my satisfaction. I have known Fuller for many years and am very pleased to hear that some of the communications issues in their plumbing department have been resolved. Based on my past experiences and Blake's responsiveness to this issue, I am more than willing to give Fuller Plumbing another chance to do the job that I know they are more than capable of. Kudos to Blake, as the manager/owner of the business he has always stepped up to address issues with the customer.

We had raw sewage under our house and had to wait 2 weeks to have repair done.

I am very satisfied with the service I received from Fuller Heating and Air Conditioning. Dave, the technician, was very friendly and knowledgeable with the equipment. I feel very confident about the work he performed. My unit looked so clean inside and out when he was finished with the yearly servicing. I am really excited about the Air Purifier he installed. My family has very bad allergies and it has really helped us already. The new thermostat is really great. It is easy to use. We can manage the temperature in the house from the App on our smart phones. And the background color is changeable which I like. It looks great! Overall, I am very pleased with all the work that was done and would recommend Fuller to all my friends and family.

The first appointment was on an afternoon when rain was predicted. It wasn't raining when the service tech arrived but it started pouring rain before he could finish. Not really his fault. He came back a couple of days later and finished the job with no further problems.

They were very polite and responsive when I called back about the pipe continuing to leak and came back out quickly to make another repair. The second repair still leaked after it was completed. I called a third time and asked for a different plumber who came out and made a good, permanent repair that did not leak. Each time I called, they were pleasant to talk to and very responsive, but it did take them three trips to get my water leak repaired properly. I will use them again for plumbing needs and would recommend them.

I called them on short notice on a Friday. It was pouring rain and I had family coming. They responded promptly and provided excellent service.

Fuller's said I needed a complete new system. I had another firm check it out and replaced a fan for less than $500.00

The folks at Fuller have total integrity. I had called them for my sister's house because they had previously been to my house to service my unit and did a great job. The people at Fuller are always professional, thorough and honest about whatever the problem is with your heating and air. They keep their appointments and display a high level of knowledge about all the options available for an HVAC. When I had called them for my house, I was ready to replace my unit, but the folks at Fuller looked at it and told me it still had life in it yet, it just needed to be serviced, which they did and it has worked great ever since. I appreciate the fact that they did what was best for me instead of just selling me something new that I didn't need. It's not often that you find service companies that actually adhere to the integrity they claim to have, but Fuller is completely trustworthy.

They were friendly and they were quick. They explained what they needed to do. Very good price. Will probably call them when we are ready to buy a system.

I would not recommend them. You always have to call them back after they do the work either because they did not do the work or did the work on the wrong unit. I have had to call them back after service a number of times.

I understand their work is good but I ended up going with someone else. They gave me the proposal in a timely fashion within a day. The cost was the only reason why I did not go with them.

Came to diagnosis. Supposedly fixes. Next day same problem. Came back after hours...said he would get another part and be back first thing g in morn. We were first stop. Wife States home from work. Finally he shows around 10:30 ... with the wrong part. . They tell me his route was changed that morning . Anyway... he goes back to shop..and I tell them he can come back after work..we have wasted half the day waiting on them. To this day I am still waiting on an itemized bill. Asked for one before I will pay it. UPDATE: Today 8/30/2013 Matt Fuller called and did address the issues. He understands why we are upset and is wanting to make it right. Also said I will see an itemized statement this week.

This was a great experience from start to finish! I simply cannot sing their praises enough! Let me preface this by saying I had contacted someone else, however after 2 days of no ac in 100+ temperatures I'd had enough of the run around! I called Fuller about 8:15 at night. They have an answering service and she asked if I needed someone to come out right away. I told her no, but if I could have someone contact me first thing in the morning, that would be great! I figured, I could tough it out for one more night, especially since I had no idea what they were going to charge or what was going to happen when they got here! I got a phone call at 7:12 am the next morning! The young lady I spoke with was very professional and informative. She stated they would have someone out after 12 noon and that they would call me before they came and that they would not come unless they had spoken with me. Fast foward to 9:45 am. I get a phone call from Matt. Let me tell you, that was like music to my ears! I could not believe that he had already called! He was curteous and professional and asked if now would be a good time for him to come out, that he was about 20 minutes away. I was at my office and I told him that would be perfect and that I would meet him there. Incidentally, Matt was right behind me on my way home! Let me tell you, Matt was a fantastic! He was very professional, polite and respectful! It has been a LONG time since I've had someone explain to me what they were doing and why they were doing it. I asked about pricing which he told me it depended upon what was wrong, but proceeded to tell me various prices for different component. He checked my unit from top to bottom, not only did he tell me what was wrong, but he showed me the part that was wrong (the capacitor) and explained why the unit didn't work. After cleaning and servicing the unit outside, he came inside, (and before entering, he started to put booties on and I told him that was not necessary) checked the ducts in the ceiling, as well as the thermostat and the unit inside the house. He was very thorough. I have to tell you, I was very impressed as he had gotten several calls while he was working on the unit and he did not take one of them! Can I tell you how refreshing that is?! Not to mention how professional and respectful that is! He gave my ac unit all of his attention! I also used the $20.00 off coupon from Angie's List. This was just the best experience and I would HIGHLY recommend that everyone use their services! I certainly will! They actually have a program which you can have your unit checked twice a year summer & winter and they will give you a discount. I signed on for that as well. There is no additional charge for this program and it lasts for 1 year. If I can have someone call and remind me that I need to have my unit serviced rather than me having to remember, I'm all for it! Again, just a great all around experience from start to finish. I wish I had called them first!
